Garcia began his professional music career
behind the decks in some of the biggest clubs in Buenos
Aires, Argentina, including Puente Mitre, La Embajada,
and Odeon. A quick learner and hard worker, this DJ
cum producer has collaborated with leading lights
of dance music like Sasha, Lexicon Avenue, John Creamer,
and Hernan Cattaneo.
A trendsetter in his own rights,
his sets at the Clubland booth stand testimony to
his awesome prowess. His experiments with different
sounds meant that he was constantly exploring musical
options. Funky beats, melodies, and strong vocals
meant that very soon Martin Garcia was going places.
A natural with crowds, he has regaled audiences in
countries including Brazil, Peru, Uruguay, Chile,
and Colombia. In fact his appearance in Colombia along
with DJ Sasha was a huge hit, with fans asking for
more. All his appearances at Creamfields during its
editions at Buenos Aires have been sell outs; such
is this man’s phenomenal popularity in native
Argentina.
His launching of ‘Deep Funk’
edited by Global Underground meant that DJ Martin
Garcia attained global popularity. Together with Cattaneo
he signed tracks for Sinichi and remixes for Bedrock,
which went on to become chart busters. The pair’s
new single ‘Behind the music’ is yet another
feather in DJ Martin Garcia’s musical cap.
When not traveling around the world,
you can find this maestro in his residency at Clubland.

where his weekly radio jig is aired. DJ Martin Garcia
continues to rock dance floors.
