Dubbed ‘one of the biggest
names in the dance scene’ by none other than
CNN, Christopher
Lawrence is recognized the world over
as one of the top DJs and producers. This superstar
DJ has been voted # 6 in BPM Magazine. From the Mixer
to Remix to XLR8R, he has graced the covers of numerous
magazines around the world.
Christopher Lawrence’s
production skills along with his prowess in progressive,
techno trance sets have been setting the trends in
international dance floors. The year 2001 saw him
hit the road with performances in Coachella, Renaissance,
Cream, Creamfields, Cyberfest, Cream Ibiza and literally
every continent on the planet.
This American progressive house pioneer
was the first US artist to sign up with Scotland’s
Hook Recordings in 1996. His tracks like ‘Navigator’
, ‘Renegade’, ‘Rush Hour’
and ‘Interceptor’ have been chartbusters.
His ‘Shredder’ was in fact named ‘Vital
Release’ of the month by Muzik mag. His ‘Rush
Hour’ released in 2000 became the fastest seller
in the history of Intergroove in US. His next release
‘Mind Eraser’ is another in his long list
of smash hits.
It was in the late nineties that
Christopher released a string of
massive hits including ‘Christopher Lawrence
Presents Hook Recordings’, ‘Temptation’,
and ‘Rise’. His best selling ‘Empire’
was released by the legendary Moonshine Music. 2001
saw him come up with another trailblazer, ‘United
States of Trance’ which remained in the top
ten US dance charts for weeks together. His mix ‘Around
the World’ released in 2002 kept the Christopher
Lawrence legend going.
From MTV to CNN every one has run
features and cover stories on ‘one of America’s
and the world’s top DJs’. Christopher
Lawrence continues to come out with amazing
tracks in his inspirational dance music journey.
