his grooves have made Danny
Howells one of the hottest DJs in the
world. He started out behind the decks in his home
town Hastings before moving on to New York. A top
20 DJ according to the DJ Mag listing for the past
three years, Danny’s ‘deepsexyfuturistictechfunkhouse’
signature sound has been setting dance floors on fire,
worldwide.
Danny’s musical
prowess meant that he has held residencies at superclubs
including ‘Renaissance’, ‘Home’
and ‘Twilo’. His monthly residency at
‘Vinyl’ New York is a hit with crowds
queuing up to watch this master in action. His acclaimed
mixes including his very own ‘Nocturnal Frequencies’
Series, apart from albums for Renaissance and Global
Underground. Along with co-producer Dick Trevor and
vocalist Erire he made great music with the release
of the smash hit single ‘Breathe’, in
2001.
A true ‘Clubber’s DJ’,
Danny regularly plays around the world with his individual
style making him a crowd puller, wherever he goes.
Danny Howells with Azuli Records released the highly
acclaimed Choice series, which received rave reviews
all over the world. Danny Howell is
known for his wide taste ranging from pop to rock
to anything that sounds unique. A trendsetter in every
sense of the word, he has been credited with creating
his own unique sounds that others even don’t
dare try giving a hand. One just has to listen to
his remix of the Destiny Child hit ‘Soldier’,
which showcases his wonderful talent. Danny has also
remixed for other biggies like David Morales, BT,
Chakra, Ashtrax, and Robbie Williams, to mention only
