Scooter - Love this DJ - a Trance DJ that has Great Energy.

Scooter is a German techno group formed in 1994. Scooter consists of H.P.Baxxter, Rick Jordan and Ferris Bueller along with producer Jens Thele. Baxxter and Jordan had earlier had a series of club hits as ‘Celebrate the Nun’ during the 1980s. Scooter’s major breakthrough came with their hit ‘Hyper Hyper’ which went on to sell over 700,000 copies in Germany alone!

This was followed by a series of hits including ‘Friends’, ‘Move Your Ass’, and ‘Endless Summer’. Scooter also had a British top 20 hit ‘back In the U.K’ in 1996. Bueller parted ways with Scooter in 1997 and was replaced by Axel Coon. 1999 saw them come out with yet another major hit ‘Heavyweight Jam’.

Every member of the band brings along with him a unique characteristic which then perfectly gels together for some fabulous dance music. Baxxter was born in the German town of Leer and developed a taste for music quite early on his life. Rick Jordan too started learning piano when only five. Rick also known as Hendrik Stadler was born in the German town of Hanover. All the other members of the band too were musically inclined right from a young age. This explains their unbridled energy during live techno performances around the world. They have the knack of connecting with the audience and rocking trance events and venues.

The year 2000 saw them release ‘Sheffield’, a hit disc. The singles on the disc were European chart busters for a very long time. The very next year they came up with another special offering ‘Bring the Noise’.
